Camphor really is a beautiful timber when turned & polished. So much grain & character, add in some Bluegum for contrast & it becomes so much more. This would be lovely sitting on a dining table or sideboard as a catch all. Polished smooth & sealed with shellac before being rubbed with wax to provide the sheen without taking away from the timber.
